We are responsible for ensuring carparks managed by NZES have the appropriate signage according to New Zealand law. We cannot be held responsible for vehicle owners failing to read, or ignoring the terms and conditions on the signs.

Your fees are not acceptable – NZES are able to provide substantial evidence as to the breakdown of our fees, and the associated costs of issuing an Enforcement Notice. We believe our fees represent a fair and equitable amount. Our fees are constantly reviewed against industry best practice, and represent a fair and reasonable cost of doing business in New Zealand.

I was only in the carpark for a small period – Please consider that the parking activity that generated the Enforcement Notice also has a flow on effect for the business owner of the carpark you chose to occupy without permission.
